End of the Year Update

We left Las Vegas at Oassis RV Resort on the 14th of November after the kids went home.  It was really nice to see the kids and we had fun during their visit.  I hope I never go back to Las Vegas traffic.  It was Horrible!  Of course, you had to go on Las Vegas Blvd to get to almost anything.  But, we did enjoy our stay there.  We visited several spots, including Wahlburgers, the Neon Museum and walked around.  Did not donate our money to any of the casinos.  LOL!

We left the Oassis RV Resort on the 14th of November and headed to North Ranch Escapee Park in Congress, AZ.   This the same park we stayed at last year when I broke the door handle on the coach and we extended our stay.  Still a nice park.

We left North Ranch on the 19th of November and headed to Quail Ridge RV Resort in Huachuca City, AZ.  This is about 10 miles north of Sierra Vista.  Nice park, nice club house and we could get our mail sent here.  We took advantage of the mail and got our mail and ordered several items while we were some where we could get them delivered without going to general delivery.  We are members at this park for our home park for AOR, so the first 2 weeks were free.  We then stayed for an additional month, until 3 January, 2019 for a really reasonable price, $280 per month plus electricity.  That is an AOR and Military rate.  Sites are fairly level and rock, like most parks in Arizona, 30/50 amp service full hook ups.

We will be here until 3 January, 2019 when we will head to Yuma, AZ for new leveling jack system.  The Atwood Level Legs are JUNK!  Tiffin should have NEVER used them.  We have 2 bad jacks so we are just biting the bullet and replacing the entire system with Big Foot hydraulic system.  We should be done with those by the 7th, and we will at that time have to find a place to stay.  We are going to Quarzsite for the annual Quartzfest ham radio hamfest.

Debby and I would like to wish each and every one of you a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year.

Travel Safe and I'll type more later.
